My initial contact was with Ms. Jenniffer Nichols after she completed a home evaluation for my parents. Ms. Nichols is very competent and does her job well. She possess great customer skills as she was very pleasant and made sure my parents understood the process. She went above and beyond to ensure the claim process reached a reasonable settlement within an appropriate time-frame. Also, all of her associates whom I had contact with are well knowledgeable about their duties. My parents and I were treated with respect and dignity by the staff. Although there were some misunderstandings toward the end of the process, the issue was resolved appropriately. I can surely recommend this agency for a job well done.
