Build a clear record of the loss
A useful claim file includes photos, the date damage was noticed, mitigation records, repair estimates and insurer correspondence. Century can help review these materials and present the damage documentation within the scope of our agreement.
If an insurer has already issued an estimate or denial, bring that decision to the review. Further action depends on the policy, evidence and applicable deadlines. Appraisal or reopening a claim is not automatically available, and no inspection guarantees coverage or an additional payment.
